About the Author
AARON KARMINis a Chicago-based licensed clinical professional counselor and certified clinical hypnotherapist in private practice. As an anger management counselor for more than 12 years, Aaron helps his clients develop control over impulsive behavior. He also writes regularly for PsychCentral's Anger Management Blog and is often asked to speak publicly about anger management.
NATHAN R. HYDES earned his BA in psychology from Northwest Nazarene University and his PhD in clinical psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology. He works with clients struggling with anger management regularly in his current role as a US Navy psychologist.

Worth Every Penny

This is a book that really makes you think about yourself and the way that your mind portrays certain situations. It helps to understand the origins of anger in your head and helps to find ways to alleviate the actions that go along with anger.
The activities in the workbook are a great way to see situations that you were involved in from a different perspective. In doing the activities you can have a further understanding of how to approach similar situations better in the future.
Even if anger is not an issue for you, this is still a good activity book to be sure that you manager your overall emotions and feelings in a manner that is helpful to yourself and others.

doing a good soul search within yourself

Absolutely essential book to understanding anger. The book is accurate in Aaron's view of anger, how most people cope, and makes you think about the past in the present, doing a good soul search within yourself, and use techniques to manage your anger, and not manage others for your own self health.
